Halloween

WE HAD A BLAST!

Robbie was so excited. My friend Sarah and her pup, Claire, came along with us and it was so much fun to watch him. This year he had two costumes to choose from, Superman or a Marine Drill Sergent (with built in abs) he decided to go with Superman! We were able to bundle him up underneath his costume and out we went! He tried so hard to muster up the words trick-or-treat and would always say thank you after they gave him candy (without even being reminded!) and would attempt to wish them a Happy Halloween. He kept saying "next door" while he pulled us to the next house ready to work his charm and get some more candy. About 3/4 of the way around our route I let him have a resses cup and oh my goodness did that give him the motivation to visit more houses.

Our neighbourhood is awesome, it's definitely family orientated. There were TONES of kids all over the place! We ran out of candy so fast, I definitely under estimated the amount of kids we'd have. What got me was after the lights were turned off, the pumpkin candle blown out and even a sign saying "all out of candy, sorry" we STILL had teens yelling "trick-or-treat" and knocking on our door.... grrrrrrrr.
